DESCRIPTION:This year we have some weekend specials that we would like to share. We offer tons of family fun Tuesday through Sunday. Tuesday through Thursday Open from 2 to 6pm. for the corn maze\, Pumkin patch and fun zone. Friday\, Saturday and Sunday open from 10 am to 6pm for all activities including the hay ride!\nSeptember 28th the Danville animal shelter will have a few pets available from 11 to 1. Come out to meet them and maybe one will become your next pet!\nOctober 4-6 We are offering a Hay Ride special. Buy two get one free!\nOctober 11-13 We are offering a Kids Fun zone buy one get one free.\nOctober 18-20 Bring your pets in costume. Pets in costumes get a treat\nOctober 25-27 Bring your Kids in costume and they can choose a small pumpkin or gourd from the table top. \nAlso don’t forget us when scheduling a group trip or evet such as field trips\, work gatherings\, family outings. DESCRIPTION:Tox-Away Days are collection events where Hendricks County households can properly dispose of chemicals\, fluids\, bulbs\, batteries\, tanks\, medicines\, medical sharps\, tires\, electronics\, appliances\, and more. A more complete list of the items and materials accepted is below.\nThe following should not be brought to Tox-Away Days:\n• Water-based paints (dry it up and throw it out\, here’s how: https://www.recyclehendrickscounty.org/latexpaintdrying/)\n• Documents to shred (we do not offer shredding services at Tox-Away Days)\n• Heavy trash items (furniture\, mattresses\, construction material\, etc.)\n• Traditional recyclables (bottles\, cans\, plastics\, paper\, cardboard\, etc.)\n• Asbestos\, lab chemicals\, explosives\, ammunition\, firearms\, radioactive material\, or infectious material \nRestrictions: Only residents of Hendricks County are allowed to use the District’s Tox-Away Day events. Regulations prohibit hazardous wastes from other organizations (businesses\, churches\, schools\, non-profits\, etc.) from being accepted. Please contact us if you have questions about your eligibility to participate in a Tox-Away Day event. \nFees are charged for the recycling of certain items (TV’s\, appliances\, and some tires). Payment must be made using cash or check.
