SUMMARY:The Working Hungry Film Screening
DESCRIPTION:Bread for the World\, a Christian organization working to end hunger through advocacy\, will host a screening of the Emmy nominated documentary The Working Hungry. This 30-minute film tells the story of three families struggling with food insecurity in Indiana and explains why systemic solutions are needed to make sure that no family experiences hunger in our communities. \nAfter the film\, there will be a discussion of sustainable solutions to food insecurity in Indiana and across the country. We will also take action together by writing letters to Representative Baird and Senator Braun who are members of the agriculture committee and responsible for the Farm Bill which is being reauthorized this year\, and which can have a huge impact on food insecurity in our state. \nRegister for the event at https://bit.ly/WorkingHungryBrownsburg
